Based in Boston, Massachusetts and formed in 1982, McPherson Corporation is a privately held company which serves the needs and interests of corporate users of commercial real estate. Our mission is to focus on providing superior advice customized to the time frames of the client. McPherson Corporation is a founding member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives (ATR), an international affiliation of corporate advisors.
We specialize in buyer and tenant representation in the Boston commercial real estate market and are dedicated to providing non-conflicted and objective advisement for our client's real estate transactions. We focus on office, research and development, warehousing, and laboratory facilities. We do not own, manage, or act as leasing agents for landlords, eliminating potential conflict.
